What we review

We walk the department from soiled receiving to distribution with your team.

• Decontamination: workflow, personal protective equipment, sinks, eyewash, cleaning verification.
• Preparation and packaging: inspection, assembly, packaging and labeling.
• Sterilization: load build, cycle records, biological and chemical indicators, high-level disinfection.
• Sterile storage and distribution: conditions, handling, case carts and transport.
• Documentation, leadership and training: logs, policies, competencies and sign-off.

Each item is scored against the standards that apply, such as AAMI ST79 and the Joint Commission environment of care and infection control chapters.

What you receive

• A scored readiness report as a PDF, with a rating of Survey-ready, Gaps to close or High risk.
• Section scores, so you see which areas pull the score down.
• Every gap with its standard, its severity and the fix.
• A prioritized 30/60/90-day corrective action plan.
